Glynlea Grace United Methodist Chruch

There is a Blessed Corner in the GGUMC Thrift Shop. It's a corner display, nothing special, you'd overlook it at a yard sale. But a Blessing Spirit has taken up residence, because everything displayed on it, has sold....completely.

First items were all the odds and ends of drinking glasses. Our regular shopper, a restaurateur from Waycross, Ga bought the whole kit and kaboodle. Nothing matches in his place, not the chairs, the china , the flatware, and now not the glassware.

The next item to go in the corner was all the pieces and parts of china sets. It was up 2 days, and was bought Saturday by a lady from Haiti The china will be shipped to Haiti, and used in a shelter for abused women and children.

Your donations go far beyond the walls of GGUMC. God's work is being done far and wide, with little boxes of glasses and dishes brought to GGUMC.

Our Motto for November is Reuse, Recycle, and Recover. That's also the name of the 2nd Community Yard Sale on November 7th.
